The Amazon Tennis Club was first established in 1995 as Sydney's first ever lesbian tennis club. This definitely makes us the longest running one too. Catering to players of all ages and levels, Amazon Tennis is ideal for women wanting to get back into tennis or starting up.

Since it's commencement in 1995, the Amazon Tennis Club has been a major organisation in the lesbian sporting community. With weekly competition and social tennis being held all year round, the Amazon Tennis Club has also been a great outlet for social activity amongst the Sydney lesbian community. It continues to foster tennis talent as well as facilitating social events.
