Media Guidelines

Due to recent regulations, we’ve updated our photo rating guidelines and gallery settings.

Any existing R rated images will be moved to your main private gallery. Going forward, when uploading R rated images, you’ll need to assign them to a private gallery; otherwise, they will be automatically placed there.

M and G rated images can continue to be used as your profile photo or in your public galleries.

Photo rating description:

G rating - includes non-sexual/nude images.

M rating - photos that show mild partial nudity and mild sexual acts, eg. bare bottoms, fully clothed members in sexual poses.

R rating - includes full nudity and naked sexual acts. eg. genitalia photos and intercourse.

The photos you upload will be listed as PENDING until they are reviewed and rated by our Support Team, and will not be visible to other members until they are approved.

We reserve the right to reject any photos that we believe breach our Media Guidelines. If your photo or video is not approved, you will see the word REJECTED underneath it, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

All media is classified into three categories: General ‘G' and Mature ‘M’, meaning they are acceptable for general viewing, or Restricted 'R’, where they can only be viewed by members who are verified 18+ and have Adult Mode turned on.

Adding photos to your profile increases your chances of connecting with members, as many members limit their searches and interactions to members who have photos. Please ensure your photos are genuine and current. If you don’t want all your photos made public to all members, you also have the option of a Private Gallery, where you control who gets to view them.


Your photo may be rejected if:

  • You post fake or stolen photos and do not own or have permission to use the media
  • Your photo is blurry, low quality, or out of focus
  • It has a filter that distorts or changes your face and makes you unrecognisable
  • Other people are clearly recognisable who are not part of your profile 
  • It is a meme, cartoon, drawing, or text only
  • It includes a person we believe is under 18
  • Your photo includes a watermark from another site
  • Your photo contains contact details such as Kik, Snapchat, your mobile, email or social media QR code or name
  • It depicts violence, drug use, illegal activity, or a weapon
  • It contains symbols or gestures that are likely to be offensive
  • You’re wearing an official uniform, such as a police or army uniform
  • You upload illegal content, which may also result in your account being banned

What media formats can be uploaded?

Acceptable image formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP files

Important info regarding your profile photo:

As your profile photo is displayed in various formats around the site, special rules do apply:

  • It must be a clear photo of you - and only you
  • Photos of two people or more people will only be accepted for Couple and Group profiles
  • It can be of body parts and does not need to show your face, excluding body parts such as genitals or nipples, as this would classify the photo as R rated
  • It cannot be of inanimate objects
  • If you choose not to upload a profile photo, you accept that it limits interaction with other members.
